Bond OS

Bond started as an operations company and international extension of the Israeli start-up ‘Shookit’ that provided fruit and vegetable delivery from city center hubs. The company then expanded its activity to NYC creating a network of NDCs (nano distribution centers) in order to provide same-day / next-day delivery for local D2C brands.

 

The team realized they had a successful software product and sold ‘Shookit’ to an Israeli company that continued on with the operations while leasing the proprietary software built by the founding team. The team rebranded as Bond and shifted it’s focus from operations to SAAS, working on the system that allows brands to control their operations end to end.

The Bond Dashboard

The dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of today's orders and deliveries, offering a user-friendly interface for efficient monitoring. Users can quickly assess incoming orders, track delivery statuses, and make informed decisions to optimize workflows. With visually intuitive charts, the dashboard enables businesses to stay agile and responsive, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Orders Table

The orders table presents a centralized and accessible platform for managing and tracking all orders efficiently. Users can view all of their orders, with features such as sorting, filtering and search functionalities that enhance ease of orientation.

The table contains all the information needed for each order, edit options and the option to add / receive new orders.

Inventory - manage products easily

Inventory management offers a user-friendly solution for efficient management of stock, featuring seamless capabilities to add new products and receive stock effortlessly. It provides convenient sorting and filtering options, ensuring easy navigation through the inventory. Users can swiftly locate specific products or categories, monitoring and updating stock levels. The system incorporates automatic alerts that promptly notify about low-in-stock products, enabling proactive inventory management. 

Users Management - authorize and control

Users management allows admins to have control over the users in the system and provide them with different authorities. The options are customized according to the user roles or permitions.

Site Management 

The Site Management provides a centralized interface for overseeing and configuring various sites. Users can efficiently manage and customize site-specific settings, including operation hours, coverage areas, and other key parameters. This feature streamlines site administration by offering intuitive tools for adjusting site details, ensuring that each site operates smoothly and aligns with your organizational needs.

The 'BondEye'

Bondeye offers a dynamic map view of your operational areas, providing a comprehensive visual representation of your sites and active orders. This feature allows you to effortlessly track the distribution of orders across different locations and assess the effectiveness of your operations. By visualizing your coverage areas and site performance, Bondeye helps you identify optimal zones for expansion and operational efficiency, empowering you to make informed decisions about where to focus growth efforts and improve service delivery.

Scheduling & Tracking

The Mobile Scheduling and Tracking page offers a seamless and user-friendly experience for managing your delivery appointments. Customers receive a personalized link allowing them to easily schedule their delivery at their convenience. Once scheduled, they can track the delivery in real-time, viewing live updates on the status and location of their order directly from their mobile device.

Scanning Inventory Flow (Pick&Pack)

The Pick&Pack mobile feature streamlines the order fulfillment process for distribution center employees. Designed to enhance efficiency, this tool enables users to scan and verify goods quickly using their mobile devices. Employees can easily match items to their designated packages, ensuring accurate packing and reducing errors. Pick&Pack simplifies the sorting and packing tasks, improving overall productivity and accuracy in the distribution center.

Design System

The design system ensures consistency and efficiency across the product. It contains design patterns, UI elements, color schemes, typography, illustrations, etc. By providing a single source of truth, the design system simplifies the design and development process. 

Marketing / Office visuals

As a product designer, I was occasionally tasked with creating these marketing and internal materials. This involved designing visual assets that align with our brand.

 

Our marketing materials are crafted to boost brand visibility and strengthen our company culture. These include promotional assets such as digital content that effectively convey our brand message and offerings. Additionally, our branded office "swag" serves as both practical items and a means to reinforce our brand identity.
