Gable’s Package Delivery Solution
The package dashboard provides a clear overview of the user's package delivery status, featuring a summary of totals and key status highlights. It includes reminders for any pending pickups and offers easy access to important details such as the sender, delivery time, and pickup instructions. Users can also choose to redirect to the seller's website for additional information.

The platform provides easy-to-follow pickup instructions by integrating the office floorplan directly into the delivery details. This visual guide helps users quickly understand where to go, reducing confusion and saving time. By clearly marking the exact pickup location we improve the employee experience and avoid frustration, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive process for collecting packages.
The package activity log offers users a detailed, step-by-step record of their package’s journey - from the moment it’s shipped to its final pickup. Each status update is clearly timestamped, allowing users to track progress in real time and stay informed about where their package is and what actions have been taken. This level of transparency not only enhances visibility but also builds trust, giving users confidence that their deliveries are being handled reliably and efficiently.

Since the homepage functions as a central daily overview for users, it makes sense to include package status updates directly within it. By integrating this information into the main dashboard, users are naturally exposed to the latest updates as part of their routine workflow - without needing to navigate to a separate page or section.
This ensures that important delivery notifications aren’t overlooked, increases the likelihood of timely pickups, and creates a more seamless, efficient user experience by keeping all essential information in one place.

Notifications play a key role in keeping users informed about new or pending packages available for pickup. Distinct icons help differentiate between types of alerts, making it easy to understand the message at a glance. Users can also enable push notifications to receive updates even when they're not actively using the platform. Together, these features ensure that no important information is missed, helping users stay up to date and avoid unnecessary frustration.

Group Invitation
The task was to introduce a new group invitation flow to the Gable platform, as previously only single-visitor invites were supported. I designed and implemented this new flow to enable Admins to register multiple visitors at once, reducing manual input and repetitive work. This enhancement significantly improved efficiency and created a smoother, more scalable check-in experience for large groups and recurring events.

Visitor Signed Documents
Previously, when visitors signed a document during the check-in process, Gable’s system captured only the signature without generating or storing a formal signed document. To improve compliance, enhance record-keeping, and ensure operational transparency, we implemented a solution that generates a signed PDF document at the moment of signature.
This document is securely stored within Gable’s system, making it accessible to admins at any time. Additionally, signed copies can be automatically sent to designated email addresses, ensuring reliable access to visitor agreements.

Design System
When I joined the company, there was no existing design system, and the product’s screens and components were highly unorganized, leading to significant visual and functional inconsistencies. My first priority was to audit the existing designs, collect recurring elements, and begin building a structured design system. This foundational work aimed to bring clarity, consistency, and efficiency to the design process - ultimately saving time and effort for the entire team.

Marketing / Office swag
In my role as a Product and Marketing Designer at a fast-paced startup, I was responsible for both product design and marketing creative - an essential combination in a small team environment.
My work included the company’s marketing website, social media ads, team swag for conferences and events, and various other brand and communication assets. This dual role allowed me to ensure visual consistency across product and marketing while supporting the company’s rapid growth and evolving needs.
